What periods of hire do you offer?We offer hourly, daily and weekly hire. We even have customers who hire on a long term basis.
How far do you deliver hired equipment to?We will deliver both locally and nationally and charge a set rate to local post codes or mileage for further afield.
Do you deliver and setup hired equipment?We can deliver all of our hire equipment to your location of choice. Our initial quote will reflect the distance we will need to travel to deliver, setup & collect your hired equipment.
What if I don't see what I require?If the item/solution you need is not on the site then please call us. We always like a challenge and our stock is vast to cover most requirements.
If I hire something from you, what happens next?We will first send you a hire quote, after which you then need to sign the hire contract (submitted with our quote and copy of our terms and conditions) and return. We will then arrange with you your delivery and collection arrangements.
What other aspects of our event can you help us with?Our established event management team have a range of services available to you designed to relieve the pressure of organising an event. The team have the resources and experience to support you as much as you may need. We can free up your time and allow you to concentrate on the essentials co-ordinating arrangements and communicating on your behalf with attendees, the venue, speakers and so on.
What sort of scale events do you do?We can accommodate and size or type of event from 50 people in a seminar up to 2500 in an auditorium or multi venue site.
This is the first time I have organised an event, what support can you give me?We can help you find a venue. We can design a custom set with matching lectern to match the style of your day. We can help you build your PowerPoint slides or design them all for you.. Our experienced event management team can provide further support in your event planning by co-ordinating arrangements and communicating on your behalf with attendees, including registering them for your event, the venue, speakers, sponsors and so on.
What venues have you staged events in?Most ranging from a marquee in a farm yard to some of the largest inner city hotels, from live music festivals in town parks to music concert halls.
What type of events have you organised?Outdoor concerts, live events for churches with up to 2000 people joining in singing, corporate one or two day conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, themed dinners.
